Infrastructure
Located
at Kawasan Perindustrian Ayer Keroh, Melaka, we have three
manufacturing factories fully equipped with all the essential
machines and equipment to meet our production, testing, inspection
and storage needs. Our first factory deals with the manufacturing of
submerged arc wire consumables which include a series of processes
like the welding of heavy structured beam, shipbuilding and the
welding for offshore rigs and large pressure vessels. The storage
site for the factory has a capability of storing almost 1042 tons per
year.
Second Factory
The second factory operating time depends on the production load from single shifts units to a maximum of 24 hours. This factory focuses on mig, tig and gas welding rod consumables. As for the third factory, it is primarily used for the manufacturing and testing of MMA stick electrodes. The plant has a capacity of 28 tons per single shift. The single shift is based on 11 hours shift and the capacity load is subjected to the size and type of electrodes produced.
Products
We
provide our customers with a comprehensive range of welding
consumables, offering cost effective and high quality welding
products. Making quality as our priority, our products are always
manufactured in compliance with international design specifications
and standards. We also offer reasonable pricing for our welding
products.
Consumable Product
The different types of welding consumables that we manufacture and distribute are as following:
Mig wires - For the attachment of mild and medium strength steel, mig wires are the preferred options. Our MIG wires come in various sizes from the highest of 1.6mm to as thin as 0.6mm. In order to meet JIS or DIN standards, our MIG wires are coiled into plastic spools or even wire baskets and bulk drums. The designs can be categorized as an accurate layer of fashion or as a random layer.
Submerged arc wire - Our submerged arc wires are packed in bulk packs with standard size ranges of 30 kg, 40kg and 700kg coils. Customized packaging is also offered upon customer’s wish.
Gas rods and Tig rods - These two rods are utilized for the application of car bodies welding, attachment of fine stainless steel and also thin sheet metal. The rods’ size ranges are between 0.6mm to 4.8mm. The packaging methods for these rods are also upon customer’s request.
